Escàs is a small residential village located next to the upper area of La Massana, at 1,364 meters of altitude, with an estimated population of 45 inhabitants at the end of 2017, according to the statistics department of Andorra.
We arrive at the village from the centre of la Massana, going up around 2 km through the Escàs road, or 900 meters on foot through the “Cap del Carrer Path”.
