Erts is a small village in the Principality of Andorra located at the crossroads between the towns of Pal, Arinsal y la Massana, in the Vallnord valley. The town is located at an altitude of 1347 meters and, according to the statistics department of Andorra, a total of 494 people live there.
Surrounded by forests and mountains, Erts is reached by the CG-4 after leaving behind the neighboring city of La Massana. A roundabout with the detour to Pal or Arinsal marks the center of Erts. Due to its particular orography, in an essentially rural and abrupt environment, most of the buildings have been built over time have on the side of the road.
